NACM's mission is to be recognized as a leading professional resource in the management of Common Interest Communities.

VISION STATEMENT

NACM's vision is to be represent the interests of the Nevada Community Managers by emplasizing education focused on the day to day aspects of managing, more structured training, and heightened issues on professionalism and industry ethics.

NACM's goal is to play a major role in educating and influening the State Legislature, the Nevada Real Estate Division, Common Interest Commission and State Ombudsman on the matters of new legislation and regulations that impact the role and way the community managers conduct business.

NACM is committed to and will strive to provide information, expertise and benefits to help its members make decisions and meet the challenges of the industry.

NACM's intent is to establish its members among the industry's best with a committment to higher standards of practice ethical behavior so that Boards, homeowners and Community Managers work together in an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.
